Job summary

Geami is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Johor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management using SAP S4/HANA EWM. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with production, and maintaining 5S compliance.

You will manage container stuffing/unstuffing, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead process improvements across logistics activities with a focus on accuracy and timely material availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations & shipping experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA EWM for warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience in container stuffing and unstuffing operations.
• Strong understanding of 5S methodology and experience implementing it in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift license/certification preferred.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Lead and supervise warehouse associates in day-to-day activities per LMW requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP S4/HANA for stock movements, goods receipt, and goods issue.
• Coordinate with production for material availability and stock replenishment.
• Manage documentation and filing of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate material handler performance with feedback and improvement plans.
• Monitor waste management and segregation under LMW requirement.
• Supervise container stuffing/unstuffing, optimize space to minimize freight costs and damage risk.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with team for loading/unloading.
• Implement 5S, conduct audits, label/arrange products for traceability.
• Liaise with production, planning, logistics, procurement to improve material handling.
