Job summary

WEEMAX PACKAGING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant to oversee daily incoming and outgoing warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, counting and recording of materials.

You will organise stock, issue materials, and perform picking, packing, loading and unloading, with forklift duties as needed. The role requires reliability, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Experience in incoming and outgoing warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to perform physical work and handle materials safely.
• Responsible, hardworking and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift licence / experience is an added advantage.
• Manufacturing experience, especially in a corrugated carton / packaging environment, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing warehouse operations.
• Receive, check, count and record incoming raw materials and goods.
• Arrange and store materials properly according to warehouse procedures.
• Prepare and issue raw materials, WIP and finished goods as required.
• Perform picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, moving and arranging materials and goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate stock movement and proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing items.
• Assist in stock counting, inventory checking and stock reconciliation.
• Follow FIFO practices and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and 5S standards.
• Report any damaged goods, stock discrepancies or inventory issues to the superior.
• Ensure the safe operation of the forklift and comply with all workplace safety procedures.
