Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch. You will ensure accurate inventory and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely, accurate processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP / EWM.
• Lead cycle count activities, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise warehouse operators including attendance, task allocation, and performance.
• Liaise with Production, Order Desk, Procurement, and Quality teams for material availability and priorities.
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes including layout, storage, and flow.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation including GR, DN, stock adjustments, and inspection records.
