Job summary

CENTRAL VISTA (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Operation Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems.
• Forklift certification or relevant equipment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assign tasks and schedules to warehouse employees.
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments.
• Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory and shipment reports.
• Identify operational problems and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment where applicable.
