Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse supervision.
• Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Understanding of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and material issuance.
• Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Ensure proper inventory control and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and coordinate annual stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to Supply Chain Coordinate with Procurement and Engineering departments regarding material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock or delivery issues.
• Prepare warehouse reports (stock movement, inventory status, variance reports.)
