Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store, warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory records.
• Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare stock reports and update records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Sales and other departments on stock needs.
• Monitor rental equipment movement, returns and availability.
• Keep store clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Identify discrepancies, damages or missing items and report them.
