Job summary

Ideal Quality Sdn Bhd in Meru, Selangor, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee loading/unloading per order forms, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with packing, QA, stamping, and warehouse teams.

The role requires a minimum STPM or diploma and 3 years’ experience, strong communication, and knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; you will ensure timely, secure operations and maintain filing of department documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM or diploma level with 3 years of working experience.
• Can work independently and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, loading planning and operation management.
• Familiar with computer system such as SAP and Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate loading/unloading of goods based on customer requirement as stated in order form remark or emails.
• Ensure the workplace is safe with enforcing strict safety protocols (like PPE and equipment checks).
• Monitor loading worker performance and resolving operational issues in warehouse.
• Focusing on timeliness, security, and adherence to all regulations.
• Coordinate with packaging store, stamping, packing and QA about the replacement, packing status and inspection status.
• Ensure the materials and equipment are in good condition and ready for use.
• Ensure the completeness of department documents and proper filing.
