Job summary

Wah Kong Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor in Shah Alam to oversee daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment activities. You will plan manpower, lead and train staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet tight timelines.

You will monitor inventory movement, conduct counts, investigate discrepancies, and enforce safety standards. Experience with forklifts and WMS is preferred for efficient operations.

• Strong planning and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment activities.
• Plan manpower and work schedules.
• Train and monitor warehouse staff for productivity and quality.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor order fulfilment and on-time processing for e-commerce orders.
• Oversee loading/unloading and inventory movement.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per SOPs.
