Job summary

Secret Recipe is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics staff to support daily warehouse activities in Kota Damansara. You will handle invoicing, stock control, packing lists, and stock reports, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries.

The role requires a SPM/Diploma in logistics or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Kota Damansara location.

Qualifications

SPM/Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
Bahasa Malaysia and English language proficiency.
At least 1 year working experience in related field.
Willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

Support daily Warehouse activities including invoicing, incoming, outgoing, and stock control.
Generate packing list, purchase requests, and container checklist for warehouse operations.
Prepare daily stock report and manage stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
Perform monthly stock count and check stock accuracy.
Respond to purchasing inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations.
Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
Data-entry for all received and outgoing goods into the system.
Maintain Inventory Card accuracy and conduct stock counts as required.
Carry out interdepartmental transfers or ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
