Job summary

TRANSPAK PENANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent warehouse coordinator in Penang to prepare and process orders, manage GRNs, and maintain accurate stock records. You will use Excel and the ERP system to update movements and support cross-department collaboration.

This role focuses on stock counting, discrepancy investigations, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or excess. A Diploma or equivalent is required; attention to detail and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma & equivalent and above.
• Material receiving and inventory control, detailed oriented, excel skills, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process delivery orders, GRNs and other warehouse documents.
• Update inventory movements and stock records in Excel or ERP system.
• Assist with stock counting, stock reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other departments regarding warehouse matters.
• Assist in resolving delivery, receiving, inventory, and documentation issues.
• Analyze inbound and outbound volume, order fulfillment, delivery performance, and warehouse productivity.
• Track key warehouse KPIs and highlight issues or abnormal trends to the Warehouse Manager.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• Understand requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
