Job summary

Dole Fruit And Vegetable Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse coordinator in Shah Alam to manage daily inventory, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate stock records. The role involves handling post-delivery processes, GRNs, and credit notes, and requires familiarity with SAP for recording movements.

The ideal candidate will have a related diploma or certificate and experience in FMCG warehouse operations, inventory control, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in related field.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate daily requirements with other department regarding inventory, orders, allocation and delivery requirements
• Handle post-delivery, including GRN (Goods Received Notes) and issue credit note
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across all plant and storage location
• Perform daily stock count and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure all inventory movement are recorded promptly and correctly in the system (SAP)
• Assist in report & closing report
• Support outbound coordination
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior & perform other duties that may be assigned
