Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance in warehousing and distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility.
• Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Preparing and processing shipping and logistics documentation including bills of lading, delivery notes and manifests.
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and transport providers to arrange and track shipments.
• Monitoring warehouse operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Using warehouse management systems and logistics software to track shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Assisting with planning and scheduling of deliveries and collection routes.
• Resolving logistics-related issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting the logistics team with general administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
