Job summary

Organic Home Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive logistics professional to support warehouse operations and supply chain activities. The role requires experience in logistics or warehouse management, strong inventory system knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Good understanding of logistics procedures, safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in warehouse operations
• Physical fitness for warehouse duties including lifting and moving goods
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage peak periods effectively
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution
• Liaise with transport providers, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse
• Manage warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations to meet performance targets
• Track shipments and maintain documentation for all goods in transit
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and distribution performance
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
