Job summary

Agromate (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant based in Lahad Datu, Sabah. You will supervise bagging quality, manage space for incoming shipments, and arrange cargos to avoid delays. The role requires 2–3 years warehousing experience and SAP/ERP skills.

Candidate should be computer literate with an eye for detail and the ability to work with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily deliveries. Achieving orderly warehouse conditions is essential.

Qualifications

• Possessed minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ working experience in warehousing or related field.
• Computer literate and have knowledge in SAP/ERP software is preferable.

Responsibilities

• To supervise/ monitor quality of baggings in terms of weight, stitching, correct materials and presentable.
• Ensure space areas for incoming shipments to avoid delays.
• Arrange cargoes to prevent mixed cargos and allow easy identification.
• Maintain tidy and orderly warehouse and surroundings.
• Cooperate with logistics department for daily deliveries and orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management。

Warehouse Operations Assistant (Based in Lahad Datu, Sabah)

Responsibilities:

To supervise/ monitor quality of baggings in terms of weight, stitching, correct materials and presentable.

Ensure to always prepare a sufficient space areas for incoming shipment accordingly to avoid delays.

Properly arrange cargoes especially bag cargos to ensure no mixed cargos and easy to determine each type of cargos.

Always make sure surrounding compound and warehouse tidy and in good order.

Cooperate with logistics department for the daily deliveries and orders for smooth movements and to avoid delay of delivery.

Perform other duties as assigned by management。

Requirement:
