The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, 3–4 years' experience, and the ability to liaise with procurement, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure accurate DOs, invoicing, and stock movements.

Aufgaben

• Handle sales orders, issue CA and mixing requests and invoices in SAP for designated marketer.
• Confirm booking of cargos, follow up deliveries and update DO reports with warehouse personnel.
• Handle customer enquiries on CA, delivery and invoicing.
• Arrange deliveries with transport and assist customers doing self-collection.
• Daily production planning for warehouse and posting mixing requests in SAP.
• Monitor and file chop & sign DO and LOA copies.
• Verify transportation bills for the accounts department.
• Conduct stock monitoring and inventory movement; request purchases with Procurement Department.
• Stock take in the warehouse twice a year.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Logistics Executive (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

Handle sales order, issue CA and mixing request and invoice in SAP system for designated marketer.

Confirm booking of cargos, follow up deliveries and update of DO report with warehouse personnel.

Handle customer's enquiry on CA, delivery and invoice and etc.

Arrange deliveries with transport and assist customer that doing self-collection.

Daily production planning for warehouse and complete the mixing request posting in SAP system.

Monitor and do filing of chop & sign DO and LOA copy.

Verify transportation bill or related bill for account department.

To conduct stock monitoring & inventory movement. Request for purchase with Procurment Department.

Stock take in the warehouse twice a year.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

Possessed at least Diploma/Degree in related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in related field.

Knowledge in SAP system or other ERP system.
