Agromate (M) SDN BHD in Klang is hiring a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily packing, weighing, and inventory control. Based in Klang, you will ensure production quality, update reports, and maintain ISO documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly random test weights for packing to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare and update daily production reports on time.
• Monitor batching process to ensure correct formulation.
• Track inventory levels and update daily production output records and buffer stocks.
• Update ISO documentation related to production activities.
• Provide backup support for truck loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Warehouse Operations Assistant (Based in Klang)

Responsibilities:

Conduct hourly random test weight for packing to ensure production quality standards are met.

Prepare and update daily production reports accurately and on time.

Monitor batching process to ensure accuracy of formulation.

Track inventory levels and update daily production output record and to update buffer stocks balance record in daily basis.

Update and maintain ISO documentation related to production activities.

Provide backup support for monitoring truck loading and unloading activities.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

To complete any other tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirement:

Possessed at minimum SPM or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in related field.

Fresh graduate is encouraged.

Able to multitasking.
