We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensure efficient workflow, and support operational excellence across our facility. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate regular cycle counts.
• Ensure all operational processes follow company standards, safety policies, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipments; identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to support smooth workflow.
• Assist with planning labor needs, scheduling, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and equipment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and stand as needed in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving setting.
• Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
