Job summary

Kaifa Technology is seeking a Stores and Inventory Management professional in Malaysia to oversee daily operations, maintain 3S/6S standards, and ensure accurate SAP transactions. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in stores/inventory management and a degree in Materials Management is desirable.

The incumbent will lead a cross-functional team, manage material receipt, storage and issue, and drive efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership and man management skills required.
• Proficient in organizing and coordinating stores operations.
• Experience with SAP system-based working is preferred.
• Strong planning, problem solving and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure business runs smoothly.
• Train and manage operators, ensure material safety and 6S/3S compliance, conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Process timely SAP transactions to meet production and accounting needs.
• Support superior in implementing department processes, rules, and improvement programs.
• Assist in releasing processes, regulations and various reporting.

1. Responsible for the daily organization, management and coordination to ensure the business operate smoothly.

2. Responsible in training, manage physical operations of operators, ensure material safety, neatly and well organize. Material storage need to fulfill ‘3 protect’ and 6S requirement. Conduct Cycle count and feedback immediate is material discrepancies found.

3. Assist superior to execute department management process, operation procedures, timely receipt, store, and issue material. To ensure all SAP transaction is processing within the same day in order to meet production and accounting requirements

4. Assist superior to execute business processes and management systems, implement corporate and department management processes, rules and regulations, and make rational recommendations for areas that need to be improved

5. Assist superior to implement the improvement programs and measures in the department to ensure the normal and effective operation of the department

6. Assist superior to release the processes and regulation and various reporting

Job Requirements:

1. Work experience including technical/ professional training and qualification)

2. Qualification: Degree in Materials Management would be desirable.

3. Experience: Having 3-5 years of experience in the Stores and Inventory Management Inventory Control, Receipt, Issue and storage, delivery and maintain Store records.

4. Competency: Excellent leadership and man management skills. Preferably expo sure to SAP system-based working. Ability to manage a variety of cross functional team members. Excellent organizational and follow up skills. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making and commercially aware.
