Job summary

MFS Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Hang Tuah Jaya, Malacca, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper to manage material stores, receive and issue materials, and ensure FIFO and 5S housekeeping. The role also covers inventory counts, stock accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.

The successful candidate will ensure proper material storage, shelf-life control, and adherence to company objectives and quality system requirements, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing material store.
• Responsible for receiving and issuing of materials.
• Responsible for receiving and issuing materials according to the FIFO system.
• Responsible for materials kept in recommend storage and conditions.
• Responsible for ensuring warehouse 5S housekeeping.
• Responsible in managing the scrap materials in Store.
• Responsible for Materials shelf-life control.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly inventory stock count.
• Responsible for stock accuracy.
• Responsible for completing the daily kitting preparation to plant 1 and 2.
• Responsible for meeting company and department objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met.
