Responsibilities

I. Production Data and Statistics

Production Data Collection and Reporting

Collect daily production data, including output, working hours, good and defective products, downtime, and equipment operating status. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports in a timely manner, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all data.

Records and Report Management

Establish and maintain production statistical records and systematically retain relevant documents and reports. Submit required statistical reports to management and relevant departments, including Finance and Operations.

Production Variance and Exception Analysis

Track and compile data related to production losses, defect rates, process delays, employee attendance, and other operational exceptions. Conduct preliminary analysis, summarize key issues, and report them to the relevant parties.

Document Verification and Control

Verify and reconcile production work orders, material requisition forms, goods receipt records, and scrap documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

Data Filing and Archiving

Organize and maintain both physical and electronic production records in a systematic and traceable manner to ensure ease of retrieval and reference.

II. MRO Warehouse Management

Goods Receiving and Inspection

Verify the description, specifications, quantity, and condition of MRO materials, including hardware, spare parts, consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), and tools. Complete goods receiving and inventory registration upon successful inspection.

Warehouse Storage Management

Ensure materials are properly stored by designated areas and categories with clear identification and labeling. Maintain appropriate measures for moisture prevention, dust prevention, fire safety, and damage prevention, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Material Issuance Control

Issue materials based on duly approved material requisition forms. Verify the requesting department, intended use, and quantity to ensure proper documentation and prevent incorrect or excessive issuance. Apply appropriate inventory rotation principles where applicable.

Inventory Counting and Reconciliation

Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly full inventory counts. Ensure consistency between physical inventory, inventory records, and stock cards. Investigate, report, and process inventory discrepancies in accordance with company procedures.

Inventory Monitoring and Purchase Requisition

Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions when stock falls below established minimum levels. Control slow-moving and obsolete materials and coordinate the disposal or write-off of scrap materials in accordance with established procedures.

Inventory Record Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and electronic inventory accounts on a timely basis. Ensure daily reconciliation of inventory movements and consistency between physical stock and system records.

Tools and Low-Value Consumables Management

Manage the issuance, return, and registration of fixtures, measuring instruments, small tools, and low-value consumables. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance coordination, and inventory checks.

III. Cross-Functional Coordination and General Duties

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments on production data and material-related matters.

Strictly comply with company policies and requirements relating to attendance, workplace 5S, health and safety, and warehouse management.

Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
