• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Exposure to manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and statutory reports.
• Assist in monthly cash flow forecast preparation and monitor daily cash flow position.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare and submit tax filings, liaise with tax agents.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with senior management and departments to communicate financial results and support company goals.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs.

Job description

Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Prepare transfer pricing documentation compliance with local tax regulations.

Prepare accurate and timelyfinancial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and statutory reports.

Assist in monthly cash flow forecast preparation, monitor daily cash flow position to ensure sufficient cash resources to meet financial obligations on a timely basis.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Prepare and submit tax filings, liaise with tax agent.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments.

Collaborate with senior management and various departments to communicate financial results and support company goals.

Job requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Strong knowledge in current accounting principles and guidelines

Good in write and read in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Exposure to manufacturingis an advantage.

Proficiency in using spreadsheets and detail oriented.
