Euro Staffs in Rawang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, warehousing, and distribution. You will ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory, optimized storage, and a safe, productive team environment.

You will supervise inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, space planning, and KPI reporting while coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics partners to meet timely orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics management.
• Proficient in WMS and Excel.
• Strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are an ambitious start-up company selling imported solid wood customised furniture, seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to direct our company's receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will be responsible for ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently, maintaining high inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and leading the warehouse team toward achieving the company's productivity and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor overall warehouse activities, including receiving (inbound), storage, packing, and shipping (outbound).
• Inventory Control: Maintain the accuracy of physical and system inventory records. Coordinate periodic stock counting processes (cycle counts and annual stocktakes) to prevent shrinkage and stockouts.
• Space Optimization: Optimize the warehouse layout to maximize storage space utilization and streamline the flow of goods and personnel.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, monitor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff (including supervisors, forklift drivers, and operators). Ensure work schedules and shifts are well managed.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/OSHA) regulations. Ensure warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) is maintained regularly.
• Systems & Reporting: Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly operational reports for senior management.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, production, customer service, and transport companies to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum of Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution operations. Preference will be given to candidates with proven managerial experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office software (especially Excel).
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate medium to large-scale teams, coupled with excellent problem-solving and rapid decision-making skills.
• Safety & Quality: Deep understanding of safety procedures, ISO certifications (if relevant), and quality management best practices (such as 5S).
• Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
