Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre Malaysia is seeking a warehouse and logistics professional to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with all SOPs.

You will ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery and freight forwarders to maintain timely inbound flow from order to receipt.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge in transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & management planning.
• Ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure warehousing and distribution operations comply with policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of warehouse stock levels.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery, and external parties to ensure inbound flow from order processing to goods receipt is timely and accurate.

• Proven ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance is consistently maintained and effectively integrated the ability to proactively and efficiently scale operations in line with business needs.
• Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• High adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and excellent command and control on the floor.
