Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs. You will coordinate inbound flow from order processing to goods receipt and work with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery, freight forwarders and suppliers.

The role requires at least 5 years in Logistics/Warehouse Management, strong knowledge across transportation, warehouse, inventory planning, and proven ability

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge across transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and ensure warehousing and distribution operations comply with policies and SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse stocks and inbound flow from order processing to goods receipt.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery and external partners to keep operations aligned.

Support and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Operations team, Supplier Management team, Home Delivery team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Requirement

Responsibility

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & management planning etc.
• Proven ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance is consistently maintained and effectively integrated the ability to proactively and efficiently scale operations in line with business needs.
• Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• High adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and excellent command and control on the floor.
