Job summary

Sanctuary Health Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of inventory and warehouse operations across the Group, including WIP stock.

You will design, implement, and maintain the Inventory Control System, drive strong stock management practices, and ensure real-time stock accuracy across locations while coordinating with Shipping & Logistics for scheduling. A collaborative leader with 4+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related field.
• Minimum 4 years in warehouse/ops.
• Proven leadership ability to plan, organize and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the Inventory Control System, including storage and retrieval processes.
• Drive strong inventory management practices — stock ageing, turnover, cycle counts, and contingency planning.
• Monitor stock movement across all group locations and ensure real-time stock accuracy.
• Liaise with Shipping & Logistics on stock readiness and shipment scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, resolving issues and identifying system improvements.
• Contribute warehouse insights to strategic planning and operational reviews.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team — set clear expectations, uphold safety standards, and review work performance.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Management.
