Job summary

Great Wall Motor Malaysia is seeking an organized Warehouse Specialist to oversee CKD spare parts operations. You will manage receiving, storage, picking and issuing, maintaining accurate stock records and routine reconciliations.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse, logistics or spare parts management, with an eye for detail and strong documentation skills. Automotive CKD parts knowledge is a plus; talk to supervisor for safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or spare parts management is preferred.
• Automotive spare parts / CKD parts knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations for CKD spare parts.
• Handle receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuance of CKD parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Label and store spare parts per warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with departments on spare parts requirements and availability.
• Monitor inbound/outbound parts and ensure proper documentation.
• Investigate unexplained stock discrepancies and damaged/missing items.
• Support stock planning and replenishment to ensure availability.
• Maintain warehouse records and reports.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Perform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned.

Job description

• Manage and oversee the daily warehouse operations for CKD spare parts.
• Manage the receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuance of CKD spare parts.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock movement within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling and storage of spare parts according to warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on spare parts requirements, stock availability and issuance.
• Monitor inbound and outbound spare parts and ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, missing items and other warehouse-related issues.
• Support stock planning and replenishment to ensure sufficient spare parts availability.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, reports and inventory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or spare parts management.
• Experience in automotive spare parts / CKD parts will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good inventory accuracy and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
