Job summary

GREAT WALL MOTOR SALES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Management Executive to oversee CKD spare parts operations and ensure efficient daily warehouse activities.

You will manage receiving, storage, picking and issuance of CKD spare parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with departments to ensure stock availability and proper documentation. A relevant degree and 2–4 years of warehousing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or spare parts management.
• Experience in automotive spare parts / CKD parts will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good inventory accuracy and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily warehouse operations for CKD spare parts.
• Manage the receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuance of CKD spare parts.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock movement within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling and storage of spare parts according to warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on spare parts requirements, stock availability and issuance.
• Monitor inbound and outbound spare parts and ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, missing items and other warehouse-related issues.
• Support stock planning and replenishment to ensure sufficient spare parts availability.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, reports and inventory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
