Job summary

GREAT WALL MOTOR SALES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Executive to manage inbound/outbound finished vehicles and supervise outsourced warehouse providers.

You will ensure vehicle quality, perform inspections, coordinate with Factory and Quality departments, and reconcile stock with financial records. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, SCM, Warehouse or Automotive, and 2–4 years in vehicle logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Automotive or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in vehicle logistics, warehouse or automotive operations.
• Experience with finished vehicle management or outsourced warehouse providers is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and reporting skills.

• Conduct vehicle stocktaking and reconcile warehouse expenses and spare parts/materials with financial requirements, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and guide overall warehouse operations to ensure proper handling and safety of company assets.

Conduct vehicle inspections, collect quality information and coordinate with the Factory and Quality Departments for issue traceability and resolution.

Conduct vehicle stocktaking and reconcile warehouse expenses and spare parts/materials in accordance with financial requirements, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and consistency between records and physical inventory.

Supervise and guide overall warehouse operations to ensure the proper handling and safety of company assets.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Automotive or related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in vehicle logistics, warehouse or automotive operations.

Experience in finished vehicle management or working with outsourced warehouse providers is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and reporting skills.
