Job summary

INFILED SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant in Malaysia to receive, store and manage LED modules, cabinets and components. You will handle unloading, labeling, packing and basic stock control under supervision.

You will work with the logistics, sales and technical teams to prepare orders, coordinate shipments and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. The role requires physical fitness, reliability and basic MS Office skills; English, Malay and Chinese skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, load and unload equipment.
• Able to handle heavy and bulky items safely.
• Responsible, punctual, careful and willing to learn.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and stock control systems.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming LED modules, cabinets, power supplies, receiving cards, spare parts, and other materials.
• Assist with unloading and moving incoming goods safely into the warehouse.
• Verify quantities and product conditions against delivery orders, packing lists, and purchase documents.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure received items are properly labelled and stored.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
• Arrange and store inventory systematically to ensure easy access and prevent damage.
• Handle LED modules, cabinets, electronic components, and other sensitive equipment with proper care.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Perform periodic stock counts and assist with stock audits.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and arranging heavy or bulky equipment within the warehouse.
• Pick, check, pack, and prepare materials for customer orders, project sites, installations, and repair jobs.
• Load and secure goods properly before transportation.
• Handle electronic components using appropriate ESD and safety procedures.
• Assist with coordinating shipments and pickups with local couriers, transport companies, and logistics providers.
• Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and other required documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled, and ready for collection or delivery.
• Support import/export documentation and logistics arrangements when required.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Maintain racks, pallets, storage areas, and equipment properly.
• Move and rearrange stock to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
• Ensure tools, equipment, cables, and accessories are stored neatly after use.
• Assist with general warehouse setup, dismantling, and housekeeping.
• Carry and move equipment safely, including heavy or bulky items, using proper lifting and handling techniques.
• Assist technicians in preparing and loading materials for installation, repair, and maintenance jobs.
• Assist with moving equipment at project sites when required.
• Help pack and prepare demo units, display sets, and equipment for showroom or customer trials.
• Assist the sales team with checking stock availability and preparing items for customers.
• Support technicians with basic warehouse-related tasks and material preparation.
• Assist with simple testing of LED modules, power supplies, and other equipment when required. Training will be provided.
• Carry out other warehouse, logistics, delivery, and driving duties assigned by the Technical Manager or Office Manager.

3. Order Picking, Packing & Preparation

Pick, check, pack, and prepare materials for customer orders, project sites, installations, and repair jobs.

Ensure the correct model, pixel pitch, quantity, and qc the repaired module and accessories are well prepared.

Assist in preparing LED cabinets, modules, power supplies, receiving cards, tools, and other equipment for site work.

Load and secure goods properly before transportation.

Handle electronic components using appropriate ESD and safety procedures.

4. Logistics Coordination

Assist with coordinating shipments and pickups with local couriers, transport companies, and logistics providers.

Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and other required documentation for outgoing shipments.

Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled, and ready for collection or delivery.

Support import/export documentation and logistics arrangements when required.

5. Warehouse Upkeep & Physical Handling

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Maintain racks, pallets, storage areas, and equipment properly.

7. Other General Duties

Job Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading equipment.

Able to handle heavy and bulky items safely.

Responsible, punctual, careful, and willing to learn.

Working knowledge of MS Office and Stock Control System. (Basic computer skills for inventory and stock recording)

Average command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is a plus
