Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and company policies.

You will supervise daily warehouse activities, coordinate packaging line operations, and monitor inventory with ERP/WMS records to drive accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch and ensuring proper utilization of warehouse space by adherence to safety and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labelling, and customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records
• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations

Experience in import/export documentation and customs processes

Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments is an advantage
