Job summary

Norel Nutrition Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify goods, manage storage, pick and pack orders, and support dispatch and documentation. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, safe handling of liquids, and ensuring clean, compliant warehouse operations.

You will handle incoming goods, prepare shipments, and assist in tank-farm unloading with strict adherence to safety and quality procedures. On-site position based in Malaysia.

• Verify quantities and condition of goods against delivery documents.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Labelling Incoming Goods.
• Storage and Inventory Management: Arrange and store products in designated locations; maintain stock organization and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Picking and Packing: Pick items according to customer orders or production requirements; pack securely for shipment; label cartons and pallets correctly.
• Dispatch and Delivery Support: Prepare goods for shipment; load products onto trucks or containers; ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Warehouse Documentation: Update inventory records and warehouse systems; file receiving, delivery, and stock movement documents; assist in preparing inventory and warehouse reports.
• Housekeeping and Safety: Keep the warehouse clean; follow safety procedures; use warehouse equipment safely; assist in receiving bulk liquid raw materials from tanker trucks; perform pre-unloading checks on tanker documents, seals, and product identification; discharge liquid products into designated storage tanks; monitor unloading operations and record quantities and tank levels; conduct basic inspections of tanks, pipelines, pumps, and valves; report leaks, spills, or safety concerns; maintain cleanliness of tank farm and unloading area; comply with safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

Assist in receiving bulk liquid raw materials from tanker trucks.

Perform pre-unloading checks on tanker documents, seals, and product identification.

Assist in discharging liquid products from tankers into designated storage tanks (tank farm).

Monitor unloading operations to ensure safe and correct product transfer.

Record receiving quantities, tank levels, and unloading details.

Conduct basic inspections of tanks, pipelines, pumps, and valves.

Report any leaks, spills, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the tank farm and unloading area.
