Job summary

VG OFFSHORE CONTAINERS INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Port Klang to receive and inspect incoming materials, record stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory levels. You will store goods in designated locations and prepare items for production and customer orders in a safe, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying quantities, conducting stock counts, and maintaining clean, compliant storage areas.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
• Store materials in designated locations according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials for production and customer orders.
• Assist with loading and unloading containers, trucks, and deliveries.
• Verify quantities and conditions of goods during receiving and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
• Label, organize, and maintain materials in a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired materials to the Store Supervisor.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if licensed and authorized).
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned by the supervisor.
