Job summary

Xin Hwa Trading & Transport seeks a detail-oriented logistics clerk to support warehouse operations at our Johor Pasir Gudang facility. You will understand the Warehouse Domain System, ensure document flow accuracy, and input data with care.

You will verify documents, generate GR/GI/DN, maintain daily updates, assist with month-end stock counts, and prepare inventory reports for management and customers. Prior experience in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand Warehouse Domain System and warehouse processes.
• Verify documents against requirements before inputting data.
• Enter data accurately into the Domain System.
• Report document or process errors to superiors promptly.
• Generate GR, GI and DN in the system from documents.
• Maintain daily system updates for transit goods and file documents.
• Generate reports and submit to superiors as needed.
• Support month-end physical stock counts and reconcile balances.
• Submit inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.

• Possess a basic understanding of Warehouse Domain System and familiarity with warehouse processes.
• Recognize the significance of warehouse document flow and adhere to relevant requirements.
• Verify documents against requirements before inputting data into the system.
• Exercise caution when entering data into the Domain System.
• Promptly report any document or process errors to superiors.
• Generate Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Delivery Note (DN) in the system based on document evidence.
• Maintain daily activity updates in the system for transit goods and organize document filing accordingly.
• Generate reports as needed and submit them to superiors in a timely manner.
• Support month-end physical stock counts, reconcile system balances, and submit inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least year(s) of working experience in the related field.
