Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the entire warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of raw materials, packaging, finished goods and inventory.
You will plan and coordinate fleet and delivery operations, manage stock rotation with FIFO, monitor KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Collaboration with Production, Procurement and Sales is essential to maintain smooth material flow and on-time delivery.

Oversee and manage the overall warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
Plan and coordinate fleet and delivery operations to ensure all vehicles reach designated depots within the required delivery schedule and service timelines.
Manage warehouse space and storage capacity to ensure proper and systematic allocation of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, maintaining good housekeeping and accessibility.
Manage the issuing and return of ingredients and packaging materials required for production, ensuring accurate inventory transactions.
Manage and control stock rotation and ensure all stocks are issued in accordance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policy.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate safety stock levels to minimize the risk of stock shortages and production stoppages.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Return Notes (GRN), stock movement records, and other relevant warehouse and logistics documentation.
Monitor and evaluate warehouse and logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of operational performance.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on inventory stock levels, stock holding, stock movement, delivery performance, and other relevant warehouse and logistics activities.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth material flow, inventory availability, and timely delivery of finished goods.
Ensure proper handling, storage, loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and finished goods to prevent damage, loss, contamination, or product deterioration.
Train, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics staff on proper work procedures, equipment handling, inventory control, and workplace safety requirements.
Ensure all warehouse and logistics activities comply with company policies, food safety requirements, regulatory standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, space utilization, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and overall logistics effectiveness.
Ensure the warehouse, fleet, and logistics operations are maintained in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient condition at all times.
