Autowell (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping. You will lead teams in receiving, storage, picking and delivery while driving efficiency and safety across the site.

The role requires a diploma or higher in Logistics, Warehouse or Business Administration with 3–5 years in warehouse management; Mandarin is a plus. Strong MS Office skills and KPI-driven mindset are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, delivery, returns, and shipping activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, systems, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and customers to meet business requirements.
• Set targets, track KPIs, and drive departmental performance.
• Oversee inventory management and regular stock counts.
• Ensure safety standards and 5S practices are followed.
• Coach and develop warehouse team through training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with import/export documentation and audit readiness.

Job Description:We are seeking a talented Warehouse & Logistic Lead that is familiar with Solar, Manufacturing & Semiconductor industries best practices. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse and logistics operational teams involving receiving, warehousing management, inventory management, finished goods inventory and picking, packing and shipping

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, delivery, returns, and shipping activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, systems, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Establish and optimize communication and coordination mechanisms with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, forwarders, customers) to meet business and customer requirements.

Plan, monitor, and drive departmental performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee inventory management, including regular stock counts, data analysis, discrepancy investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure optimal manpower utilization and productivity, and effectively handle operational risks and unexpected situations.

Enforce warehouse safety standards, including 5S implementation, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety procedures.

Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team through training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct regular operational reviews, identify issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure follow-through on improvement plans.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and import/export requirements, including documentation accuracy and audit readiness.

Job Requirements:

1.Diploma or above in Logistics / Warehouse / Business Administration.

2.At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management.

3.Adequate computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4.Excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
