Job summary

ATW Technology Co. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on engineer to lead the commissioning, testing and optimization of new automation lines for PV or related manufacturing.

The role requires strong problem-solving and clear documentation to support smooth handovers to production teams. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout installation and startup phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, sensors and actuators.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up automation equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct initial tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Maintain detailed records of commissioning and testing activities and prepare reports for internal and customer review.

1. Commissioning and Setu

• pInstall and set up automation equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
