Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support stock receipt, storage, and distribution in our Selangor facility. You will ensure accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks and reconciliation.

This role maintains warehouse cleanliness, proper labeling, and safe operations, including loading and unloading as needed. You will report to the supervisor and help with stock movement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming goods and stock.
• Arrange and store products in designated storage areas.
• Prepare and issue stock according to orders.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock counting and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Check product quantity, condition and expiry dates where applicable.
• Ensure proper labelling and arrangement of products in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the store area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing and moving goods when required.
• Report damaged, missing or insufficient stock to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock take, inventory audits and warehouse-related activities.
• Ensure all stock movement is properly recorded and documented.
• Perform other duties related to store and warehouse operations as assigned by the Management.
