Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Forklift certification is an advantage (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Store products in designated locations according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and issue stock for internal departments or customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (where licensed).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
