Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented storekeeper to join our warehouse team in Negeri Sembilan. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against orders, store items in designated locations, and issue across requisitions to maintain accurate receiving records and inventory control.

The role requires 1–3 years in storekeeping or warehouse roles, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory role preferred.
Experience with SAP S4 or ERP systems for PR and GR.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against orders to ensure accurate records.
Store materials in designated locations per storage procedures.
Issue materials and equipment according to approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in audits.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
Label, handle, and store inventory properly.
Keep storeroom clean, organized, and safe.
Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments on stock movements.
Assist in loading/unloading materials.
Update fixed asset listing for company assets.
Source and evaluate spare parts or supplies for cost-effectiveness.
Provide general administrative support for departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
