FR Development Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping, in Penang. The role requires strong inventory control expertise and the ability to drive efficiency through KPI monitoring.

You will coordinate with production, sales and procurement to match stock levels with demand, supervise staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and produce reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and inventory control techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Manage and oversee all WAREHOUSE operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to optimise warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement

Coordinate with production, sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand

Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity, safety and customer service

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the Automotive industry

Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques and supply chain operations

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

MANDARIN language is mandatory to communicate with other team members.
