Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a warehouse or spare-parts distribution
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and dispatch operations
• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of parts
• Ensure incoming goods are checked, labelled and stored per procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare stock movement records
• Conduct cycle counts, stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels for fast-moving parts and plan replenishment
• Ensure optimal storage layout to maximise space and accessibility
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and transportation when needed
• Track KPIs like productivity and order fulfilment
• Lead, supervise and develop warehouse staff and assign daily work
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures and housekeeping standards
