SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a premium home appliances brand in Malaysia, seeks a Warehouse Service Administrator based at the Ampang branch to oversee inventory management, order coordination and admin tasks essential for smooth warehouse operations.

You will reconcile stock, manage inbound/outbound movements, generate weekly reports and coordinate with branch leadership to resolve issues promptly, while ensuring policy and audit compliance.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily inbound and outbound stock movements with accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee order tracking and timely completion.
• Prepare monthly utility bills, ME claims and operational receipts.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports and forecasts.
