Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Service Administrator to base at the branch office. You will oversee inventory management, order coordination and administrative processes to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include managing stock movements, conducting stock counts, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Diploma/degree in logistics or related field is required with 1–3 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse operations or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and stock control.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly utility bills, ME claims (tools, mileage, tolls, subsidy) and operational receipts.
• Maintain inventory records and update warehouse systems.
• Forecast inventory and generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Cross-team liaison between warehouse, branch and stakeholders.
