Job summary

Batch Technologies in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage stock, incoming/outgoing goods, and daily inventory operations. The role covers forklift operation, packing, labeling, and basic data entry to keep accurate records.

The candidate will maintain organized stock areas, perform regular stock counts, and ensure FIFO processes are followed. A minimum of secondary education with 3 years in warehousing is required, plus English literacy and OT availability.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in a related field.
• Min Secondary school qualification or above.
• Knowledge with SQL, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP and etc.)
• Able to read, write and converse in English.
• Forklift and warehousing experience preferred.
• Able to perform OT when required.
• Knowledge of proper inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading goods according to delivery orders.
• Manage daily store, order materials/parts, packing, picking, labeling, reports, inventory and operational activities.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Keep stock organized on designated shelves and area.
• Maintain the store area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Proper use and maintenance of forklifts; regular inspections.
• Perform stock takes as required; update inventory in the system and follow FIFO.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Description

Loading/ Unloading good according to delivery order.

Manage daily store, ordering materials / parts, packing, picking, labelling, report, inventory and any operational activities.

Ensure proper stacking and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensure stocks are kept and arranged in orderly at the designated shelf and area.

Maintains the store area in clean and orderly manner.

Proper use of forklifts, regular inspection and servicing.

Do stock take as required

Update all inventory in/ out into system and follow FIFO system

Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

Min Secondary school qualification or above

Three (3) years of experience in a related field.

Positive attitude and good attendance and punctuality

Able to Work 6 working days (Monday-Saturday)
