Job summary

AA Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, inventory control, and stock counts. You will maintain accurate records and help organize the warehouse. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; basic Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

Computer skills are essential, and some knowledge of WMS is a plus. On-the-job training will be provided, and you can work independently or in a team to contribute

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School and/ or completed SPM preferred.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge in the retail industry will be an advantage, otherwise, must be willing to learn as on the job training will be provided.
• Knowledge in computer is essential.
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a group, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, inventory control, stock counts, record keeping, and warehouse organization.
• May enter data stocks orders in a computerized inventory system, if available.
• Maintain accurate manual and computer records.
• Participates in physical inventories by counting stock.
• Maintain the warehouse, records areas and stress areas in neat and orderly manner.
• Performs related work appropriate to the classification as assigned.
