Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or technical diploma.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.
• Able to lift heavy goods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets.
• Good communication and Bahasa Malaysia fluency.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check quantity and condition against delivery order.
• Perform stock counting and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare goods for delivery: picking, packing and loading for outgoing orders; organise storage area.
• Assist in monthly stock take and reconcile system vs physical stock.
• Prepare DO, delivery documents and simple warehouse filing.
• Coordinate with sales & technician teams for parts issuance and goods collection.
• Ensure proper handling of heavy equipment and maintain warehouse safety standards.

We are a trusted provider of specialized flooring solutions. We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Executive to join our team. Comprehensive on-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check quantity and condition of machines, spare parts and flooring consumables against delivery order
• Perform stock counting, maintain accurate physical inventory and system stock record
• Prepare goods for delivery, picking, packing and loading for outgoing orders - Manage warehouse stock arrangement, keep storage area tidy and organised
• Assist in monthly stock take and reconcile system vs physical stock
• Prepare DO, delivery document and simple warehouse filing
• Coordinate with sales & technician team for parts issuance and goods collection
• Ensure proper handling of heavy equipment and maintain warehouse safety standard

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / technical diploma - Prior warehouse, store keeper or logistics working experience is preferred - Able to do manual handling, willing to lift heavy goods
• Basic computer skill, able to use spreadsheet for stock record
• Responsible, systematic and detail-minded
• Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, basic English
• Able to work independently
