Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, store, and prepare furniture for delivery. You will handle loading/unloading, organize inventory, and assist with counts to support smooth operations.

The role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime. A forklift licence is an advantage. Competitive salary and benefits are offered in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.
• Load and unload furniture safely while ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a neat, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with product assembly, wrapping, labeling, or other warehouse-related tasks when required.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture.

Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.

Willing to work overtime when required.

Forklift operating experience or a valid forklift licence is an added advantage.
