Job summary

INV New Material Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Bertam, Penang to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with proficiency in WMS and Excel. Forklift certification is a plus, and independence in managing warehouse activities is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Familiar with WMS and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate material movement with internal departments and external logistics providers.
• Ensure 5S and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Prepare warehouse reports and monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, inventory control and space utilisation.

Requirements
