Job summary

XFUSION TECHNOLOGIES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatching, and inventory control.

You will ensure stock accuracy and timely material supply to production and customer orders. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain, at least 2 years of experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS, Power BI, Tableau, Python or VBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/logistics roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse process including receiving, storage, picking, sorting, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure stock accuracy and timely material supply to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
• Manage daily warehouse operations and train staff on standard procedures and efficient workflows.
• Analyze operational processes, data, and staff performance to identify issues and implement improvement solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire warehouse process, including goods receiving, storage, picking, sorting, dispatching, and inventory control. Ensure stock accuracy and timely material supply to support production schedules and customer order deliveries.

Manage daily warehouse operations and provide staff training to ensure compliance with standard procedures and efficient workflows.

Analyze operational processes, data, and staff performance to identify issues and implement improvement solutions.

Continuously improve warehouse operations by optimizing material flow, increasing inbound and outbound efficiency, resolving operational issues, and reducing operating costs.

Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and warehouse performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Experience in process improvement and operational problem-solving is an advantage.

Able to analyze operational data and propose improvement solutions. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or VBA is an advantage.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English/ Malay/ Mandarin.
