Newaction Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily finished product warehouse activities in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will oversee receiving, stocking, and issuing products, while maintaining accurate AutoCount records and coordinating with Production, Logistics, and Sales to support timely customer deliveries.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with proficiency in AutoCount and Excel.
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the finished product warehouse, ensuring proper storage, stock control, accurate inventory records and timely issuance of products for customer delivery. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse transactions in AutoCount and coordinating with Production, Logistics and other relevant departments.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finished product warehouse.
Receive finished products from the Production Department and verify the quantity and product details.
Ensure finished products are properly arranged, labelled and stored in designated locations.
Ensure proper stacking and handling of products to prevent damage.
Monitor warehouse space and ensure efficient utilisation of storage areas.
Ensure products are properly identified and easily accessible for picking and delivery.
Coordinate the movement of finished products within the warehouse.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all finished products.
Record all stock movements accurately and promptly in AutoCount.
Monitor stock balance in the system against actual physical stock.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and stock checks.
Investigate and report any stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses or damaged products.
Reconcile physical stock with AutoCount records and ensure discrepancies are properly followed up.
Monitor slow-moving, excess and obsolete finished products and report to Management.
Ensure proper control of stock to minimise stock loss, damage and discrepancies.
Perform daily warehouse transactions in AutoCount, including receiving, issuing and stock adjustments where authorised.
Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO) and other relevant warehouse documents.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly recorded and supported by the relevant documents.
Maintain accurate and updated warehouse records in AutoCount.
Ensure documents are properly filed for easy reference and audit purposes.
Report any system or inventory-related issues to the relevant department or Management.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department on finished product availability and customer delivery schedules.
Ensure the correct products and quantities are prepared for customer shipment.
Verify products against the Delivery Order before release.
Ensure products are issued from the warehouse accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure sufficient finished products are available for scheduled deliveries.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to customer shipments.
Support loading activities and ensure products are handled properly during loading.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and maintained in good condition.
Ensure proper housekeeping practices are followed at all times.
Ensure warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with Company safety procedures.
Ensure products are stacked safely and securely.
Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or potential hazards to the relevant person immediately.
Follow up and rectify, in practice, all unsafe conditions or work hazards identified by the Safety and Health Committee.
Ensure proper use and care of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse stock levels and inventory movements.
Monitor daily stock movement and identify unusual variances.
Highlight stock shortages, excess stock, damaged products and other warehouse issues to Management.
Provide accurate inventory information to Production, Sales, Logistics and Management when required.
Assist Management in improving warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Maintain proper warehouse records and documentation for internal and external audits.
Assist auditors during stock counts and warehouse inspections.
Ensure warehouse procedures comply with Company policies and requirements.
Ensure proper control and documentation of stock movements.
Follow Company procedures relating to inventory, warehouse operations, safety and security.
Ensure good housekeeping at the workstation and warehouse area.
Maintain proper care of Company property, warehouse equipment and facilities.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and inventory control.
Perform any other duties and assignments assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in AutoCount is required/preferred.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, finished goods handling and inventory control.
Good knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, stock counting and reconciliation.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and AutoCount.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records and documentation.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production, Logistics, Sales and other departments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, proactive and able to work under pressure.
